Appointments will be terminated if lateness exceeds two hours.

Clients will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests.

Rescheduling can only be done at least 48 hours before your shoot and is subject to availability

If you cancel your bookings 48 hours before your shoot, we can only refund 70% of the fee

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
